Interview
After your application has been accepted. The interview will open over a phone calla they will ask you the standard battery of questions that everyonee asks. Then if you answer correctly or better than others, you will be invited for a face to face interview. There you will meet with HR and you direct supervisor. Same generic questions everyone asks.
