      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wolfspeed

      Went out twice, provided great references, but company does not hire based on skills necessary for the job. Was asked to do a presentation last minute and when one person disagreed with a viewpoint, I was no longer a candidate. In my opinion Cree has a broken hiring process. Ask if they hire for the best skill match and if they can tolerate diversity before wasting your time.
