Interview
It was smooth and they asked questions about the semiconductor process. They will ask about your background so be prepared for that. Also, interview was online so be prepared to talk.

Interview
The interview process started with a cold impromptu phone call during the afternoon. The interview itself ranged from talking about complex topics related to my background, which I had trouble recalling at that moment , to simpler questions regarding my expectation of the position. After the phone interview, we scheduled a time for a more substantive interview with other engineers who oversee the technicians. I was excited to be interviewed, but it seems apparent that they might have others in mind. For the second interview, the question included behavioral questions besides standard job related questions. I had to fill out several forms during this process that seem redundant because they asked mostly about my background, position expectations, and salary requirements.

Interview
I originally applied to be an engineer, but my GPA did not meet the requirements. Then the recruiter recommended that I try to get a process technician position. After being bounced around for a few weeks, I recently had a 20-minute phone interview. The guy I talked to explained the position to me, and then we talked about my qualifications for the position. I have been invited back for a follow-up interview via Skype with 3 one-on-one interview sessions that will be 30 minutes each. One of them will be with the same guy from the phone call. So far everything has been okay.
