Had a first approach interview where they described the process.
Next interview was a casual chat with the tech director to get to know each other, where they expressed how much they don't like whiteboard interviews. Then they sent a take home assignment that was supposed to be completed in 4 hours, but it takes more.
Next interview was a whiteboard interview, plus review of the assignment and a part where the interviewer wanted that I would not only answer the technical questions, but also guess what the questions were supposed to be.
After that they communicated to me that they would get back to me the day next. After 3 days of not hearing from them, I asked them and they communicated that they would not continue with the process. The interview feedback was generally good, with some valid negative points and some fabricated negative points.
Later on I learned that they actually covered the position with someone from inside the company in the middle of my process, and that the interviewer wanted to have someone from Wolt to cover that position rather than an outsider.
