The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first interview was quite general and conducted by an external recruiter based outside Greece, with limited role-specific details. The second interview was more detailed and with a manager, also based abroad. The role involves high responsibility for a specific area, including off-hours availability and problem escalation, while compensation was relatively low for the level of responsibility described. The position is mostly on-site, with limited remote flexibility. Overall, the process was professional, but expectations, responsibilities, and compensation did not feel well balanced.

Firstly it was a video conference interview where we went over my CV. The interview mentioned that he would send me a written test to complete. Following the video conference, the interviewer did not reply to emails and did not follow up at all.
