Firstly, once i applied online, i received an email to say i was not successful without an initial discussion. Then one of the recruiters reached out to recommend another role to me, and i agreed to talk it over. While we are on the call, i noticed the recruiter is an external person based in Serbia, he asked me about my last role, when i explained what i did in summery, he confirmed it was exactly what the Head of Strategy & Operations role needed!! Then why reject someone without a chat? Secondly, the recruiter couldn't understand all the different experiences i had and how that could play a vital part in my next role, and ultimately i received another rejection after. In my opinion the recruiter wasn't experienced enough and showed no humility.
