Reached out to by third-party recruiter saying Wolters Kluwer loved my resume. Job description was general and brief, but mentioned customer service and technical troubleshooting ability. Meeting was set up with three people, two managers and then the team lead for a 30-minute Teams call. Started off with introductions, then actually stated the software and sector, size and structure of team, and the training timeline. Asked straightforward questions such as describing a challenge facing a customer and how it was solved, career goals, etc.
Two questions I was unprepared for were: 1. Are you comfortable with the pay structure of the role? I don't know if this was because they were expecting me to negotiate or what. I wouldn't have interviewed if I wasn't "comfortable" with the pay structure. 2. Are you comfortable being "chained" to a desk for 8 hours a day? I responded yes and related to how my previous role involved working for over 9 hours from a desk, but she still seemed unconvinced.
