The interview process was well defined. After you apply and if you're selected, you get an initial screening from the recruiter. You're then scheduled to take an online skills test. It took about 2 hours to complete. After passing the test, if you score well, the recruiter schedules a phone interview with the hiring manager. After successfully passing the phone interview, you're invited to an onsite interview. Initially it was supposed to be with a panel consisting of the manager and the project technical lead. I ended up with 2 separate onsite interviews.
