The initial pre-screen was fine. I had an excellent phone interview with the hiring manager which, apparently, paved the way for an on-site invite. I went to the interview on-site a few weeks later and was surprised by the hiring manager's boss, who proceeded to "interview" me but, more accurately, told me why I was wrong for the job. I found the whole process shabby and unprofessional. I know nothing about how Kluwer is managed at the executive level but my experience with the organization left a strong, negative impression.
Straight forward process with 4 rounds of interviews with those directly connected to the role. It did take a bit from application to interviews and then next steps. The recruiter was quite helpful and very responsive to emails. The interview team all was very kind and asked some great questions.

Explain some examples of experiences with change management for sales team members
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer
Interview
A call, followed with a presentation with two colleagues, one is your manager the other is someone junior to you....which is strange. Affectively, they really don’t know what they need and they use this time to gain knowledge on how execute the requirement they are hiring for. Woltar Kluwer are known for this in the market.
Several phone and in-person interviews. Lots of mixed messages from the team about whether there was a lot of work to be done or it was casual and relaxed. Really nice people, but I'm not sure it was a good fit.
