Then why did he called, scheduled the interview and after clearing all rounds saying can't give salary as discussed and accepted before interview, so rejecting giving fake reasons.
Walter Kluwer hires like vegetable market where one gets lower price vegetable it will buy & drop the other person even if he has cleared all rounds & waiting for offer.
Don't go or attend interview in such company I would recommend. Don't put papers in your current organization based on Walter Kluwer since they can back out anytime.
