The interview process took about 1–2 months, with interviews spaced out over time. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my background, resume, and compensation. Next, I met with the hiring manager, who was very kind, engaging, and easy to talk to.
After my second interview, I was told I would hear back within a week. When I didn’t, I followed up by email. The recruiter responded saying she had an “update!” and scheduled a call, which was rescheduled a few times due to her availability. Unfortunately, the call ended with a rejection.
Overall, the process was smooth, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and engaging. I do wish the timeline had been a bit faster, and the “update!” email and call raised my hopes. Still, it was a positive experience interacting with the team.
