i applied for the job in the fall but did not get a call until february. there were 2 interviews. first interview was at a coffeeshop with the director due to security reasons they don't do interviews on-site; this is at a safe house for dv victims. second interview is a group interview with various staff. they wanted to see if i could work with their "diverse" team and if i actually was qualified to work with this particular population-low income black and latina single mothers.
