I interviewed for a role at Women's World Banking. I did a great deal of research about the organization. The interviewer challenged entities which were listed on the firm's website stating these were not that important to the firm. These entities were had high coverage on the website. The interviewer said what was listed on the job description at 80% of what the job would be would not be that important. It was as if there was another job description and I did check this... we were indeed speaking of the same job. She asked me what I would want to work for the firm, and I mentioned the items above which is when she knocked what was on the website and the overall mission of the organization. It clearly was not a role nor organization for me and I ended the interview, something I have only done once in my life previously.
