Interview
Got an email from recruiter about a month after applying asking for availability for an interview. A time was set up where I spoke to the hiring manager for 30 minutes. I was asked some questions and it felt like there was a lot of time for me to ask questions compared to other interviews. They contacted my references after. I never heard from them again. Months later the job posting is still up and I have no idea what disqualified me as a candidate or why they didn't at least send me an email saying they weren't moving forward. Which sucks because I probably would have really liked the job and I thought my experience fit the description well.
