The overall process was very Straight forward. My interview was an Iterative Panel style where I was introduced to key stakeholders within the team. From there, the teams needs were discussed & I offered solutions to achieve their goals.

The interview was specific to the requirements of turnaround and maintenance works
This position was for upcoming project works over a 10 year period
The successful candidate would be required to live locally near the plant and unfortunately this did not suit my requirements
