started with phone interview, then some online tests, then face to face with a staffing agency, finally interviewed with president and controller, whole process took 3 months and instead of being hired as a operations manager as I was interviewed, when the offer letter arrived it was changed to customer service manager with a 10k decrease in agreed upon salary
