      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WorkSpan (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018

      Interview

      The interview consisted of two phone screens and an in-person interview with multiple stakeholders (sales, product, BD, CS, and executive). The hiring manager was great. Based on the feedback I got after they rejected me (they didn't think I had experience leading early-stage teams, even though I've done that in two startups) I had concerns that someone in the company might be pushing to hire for personality rather than based on prior experience.

      Way too easy of an interview, actually should have questioned how easy the interview to job offer came and thought twice before accepting the position. Met with the manager at the time for a brief interview, spoke to another current CS member and then a quick check-in with HR and then boom, the process was done and offer in hand in less than 72 hours. Salary surpassed me expectations too, between that and the interview process it should have been an immediate red flag to double check the company and leadership reviews.
