Interview
Good impression of the HR and the interviewers, they seemed warm & friendly.
Interview also included a few tests, such as SQL Assessment, IQ Test, and Analytical Skills Assessment. However, these tests were quite short (the longest test was 40 minutes)

First Interview was more about understanding my previous work experiences.
Second Interview with the CEO included some interesting questions, a couple of which I can still recall:
Q1. What is the difference between Machine Learning and Deep Learning?
Q2. Estimate the number of hospitals in US

Interview
Required to provide current/last salary, expected salary and at least 2 references from direct supervisors.
There were several technical assessments which were short and sweet (generally 10 - 40 min per test), which I appreciated, because some companies gave me 10 - 20 hour technical tests!
1st Interview with Director included introduction from me, role description and questions from me. 2nd Interview with CEO covered mainly career goals and good fit.
I believe the style of interview is to see if the role is a long term good fit so that the new hire would stay in the company for the long term. I also sensed from the interviews that the leadership/management style was very conducive for growth.
