I feel like interviews don't get very interesting these days, or when this one happened at least. HR, managers and interviewers need to guess, based on your appearance, reactions and a resume, if you are a good candidate. I knew a few people that applied at the same time as me and didn't get the job, but let me tell you, they were outstanding candidates.
There are several stages. Getting all the paperwork takes time. They are pretty good at giving you some feedback right away. HR are on top of it and pretty clear about the requirements. Somebody told me that they do like a little acting exercise where they put you on a fake real life situation so they can see how you give advice haha! It didn't happen to me but It would have been fun.
Personal interview is intense.
They called me a day after the interview to do another interview but it seemed like I already had the job. I liked that they were clear and direct about what they wanted from me,
