Assessment Panel - all day group-work assessments, individual exercises, role-play. It was quite challenging and long as those who got through the morning exercises had to wait to be interviewed one to one in the afternoon. They were recruiting for a lot of positions and I thought I did quite well on the day however it took countless phone calls for 6 weeks after that quite gruelling process to get the answer that I wasn't successful. It was a really bad experience especially considering they were an organisation that was meant to help others get into work! This was at the end of 2010 so I can only hope their recruitment practices have improved since.
