Workit Health interview questions

The whole process was quick. Three interviews all within a week's time frame, lovely people as well who interview you. Felt like my interviewers were actually interested in me and were also very considerate. Did ask thought-provoking questions, but nothing too difficult when you're telling the truth.

The interview process was broken up into 3 separate interviews. The first was a 1:1 and just covered some basic interview questions as well as going over the job specifics and answering any questions I had about the company and role. The second was also a 1:1, where the interviewer asked me more in-depth questions and asked me to respond to possible scenarios I might encounter in the field. The final interview was a mock group setting where I was facilitating, and 2 managers acted as members. They would outline a scenario and then have me respond back and forth with both members to see how I would interact using MI techniques.
