Title: Ghosted after 2nd interview for senior leader role Overall rating: 2/5 stars Pros: The interview process was well-structured and organized. The interviewers were knowledgeable and engaged. The company culture seemed to be supportive and collaborative. Cons: I was ghosted after the 2nd interview, even after following up 3 times. This was a very rude and unprofessional way to handle the candidate experience. It made me question the company's commitment to transparency and communication. Advice to management: Please be more respectful of your candidates' time. If you are not interested in moving forward with a candidate, please let them know promptly. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional and it reflects poorly on your company.

Interview process consisted of a meeting with my direct manager and her supervisor. Then I met with the team and received an offer. I then worked with Workspend on the onboarding process which consisted of background check, drug screening, and benefits enrollment.
