Phone interview and in person interview. For the in person interview I had to prepare and discuss the implementation of a fictissious project. The panel asked different questions regarding my prior experience in the bank which I already had ( i.e. I had already worked of the bank for 12 years).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group in Sept 2011
Interview
not difficult, but many technical questions. If you know your area of expertise you'll be fine. Sometimes can be mutliple rounds of interview with different team members or managers. Process can take long sometimes 3-4 months.
