Two rounds of interview. First round is focused on your personality, background, working style. Second round is focused on technical skills, you will be given a task to work on.

Question 1
What motivates you to work for WBA? Explain how your expertise contributes to WBA's mission,
I had one online interview with WBA which went over basic information (introduction, why I'm applying for the position, how researchers work at WBA etc). I didn't get further in the process as they were looking for someone with more passion for benchmarking.
Online interview - 2 rounds. First round about personal experience; Second round about expertise and company cultural fit. In between there is a written test to understand your ability to do research.
