Online tests to test basic knowledge of job description, then panel interview with HR, and 2 Senior Managers. The interview mostly involved questions from the senior managers who were quite friendly and seemed interested in my previous work experience.

Interview
In addition to a written test, I had one phone interview and one face-to-face panel interview at their headquarters in Rome. The process was long as it began in November and I received an offer in June of the following year.
