The hiring manager was very professional and polite during the interview process. we talked about my professionalism as well as my credentials. I was given very informative details about the company and its employees. It was explained to me what was expected out of me and the position I applied for.

Do you know what a NIC is.....(really? you guys just need a warm body on site don't you?) talked about how race related relations transferred to talking to senior management (how to handle a volatile situation, because they did not want to anger the cash cow, they wanted you to know how to handle the utters on it, so to speak)
