The interview process itself was very easy. I had two great conversations with the first two people I met with and came away excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately, that completely changed when I got to the third interview with who I believe was the Managing Principal.
He came across as extremely unprofessional and didn't seem interested in the conversation at all. The interview felt more like an interrogation than a discussion, with a drill-sergeant style approach that made for a very uncomfortable experience.
To make matters worse, I discovered that the base salary discussed by the first two interviewers was not accurate and was significantly different from what was presented during the final interview. That disconnect raised serious concerns about communication and transparency within the organization.
As someone who didn't even apply for the position and was recruited into the process, I ultimately felt like my time was wasted. The entire experience left the impression of a very disorganized company with leadership that was not aligned internally.
