Interview
The initial interview was a 30 minute interview with two members of the team. Both team members were unenthusiastic when talking about the organization and their roles. They also were not showing respectful listening.
There was technical assignment for a logistics activity you submit prior to interviewing. Then it was one standard interview with three team members. They have pretty typical questions along with a question about your process in completing the logistics activity.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Learning (Washington, DC)
Interview
Voice Phone Call Interview was scheduled for thirty minutes with Human Resources. The woman liked when I asked questions.
After the screening interview there was a videocall over Microsoft Teams.
