World Learning Program Coordinator interview questions

A male recruiter reached out to me for an initial interview phone screen. That went well, and he mentioned that I would hear something by the end of the week. Well, he followed up by the end of the week and said that the process would be taking a bit longer than that. I appreciated that he was kind enough to keep me updated. After weeks and weeks, I began reaching out to him for updates. He responded just once saying the same thing as prior. So I falsely believed I was still being considered. Weeks and weeks later I followed up again and he just stopped respond altogether. Heard nothing back. No rejection, nothing about next steps… just ignored me completely. Very disappointing given the candidate experience is just as important as being hired. Poor candidate experiences make the company distasteful and shy me away from pursuing employment or opportunities to participate in any programs.
