Interview
Applied online the next day the store manager called me for an interview. The interview took place in the dinning section of the store before it opened. The interview was just the store manager and myself. It was laid back and general interview questions. There were not behavioral interview questions. The next interview was with a manager from another local store. It was the same type of interviewing. That is as far as I made it.

I thought that is was unusual when at the first interview when she asked me what question would I have asked that she did not.

Interview
I had an interview with the store manager. He was very professional and conducted a top notch and thorough interview. He asked many questions about my experiences with difficult situations with customers, co-workers and supervisors. He properly explained the position and his expectations. Then, my second interview was a few days later with a store mgr at another location since the district manager was out of town.

Interview
Interviewed first over the phone with the company recruiter, then in-person with the store manager for the location where I was interested in working, and then on a later date with the district manager. All of the interviews were similar in regards to the questions that were being asked and the environment was warm and friendly, not intimidating at all.
