It was a group interview with about 6 or 7 other people, then a one on one interview with the manager. I got an offer on the same day as my interview.

Question 1
They asked me why I wanted to work for Cost Plus, etc., fairly typical interview questions for a job in customer service. They also had me partner up with the other interviewees.

Interview
I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

Interview
The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.
Schedueling conflict. When I showed up the person who was supposed to interview me was not there and someone else had to take over. They seemed unprepared to do conduct an interview.
