World Oil interview questions

Received a phone call randomly. It was a short, phone-screen interview, I guess. About twenty minutes. I'm still waiting for their follow up, but at this time, I probably didn't get the job.

Pretty standard interview process. Started with an initial phone screening interview and then an in-person interview (group and with hiring manager). The in-person interview was very conversational and situational. Pretty standard in comparison.
