The interview process was extremely arduous, long and drawn out. They had me coming back multiple times, (over 4 times) to meet with different people for the marketing coordinator role. Lastly, they gave you a worksheet with different problems that you had to mathematically solve. I just think it was a bit of an overkill.

Extensive but they really like to get to know you and your goals, even if it may not be immediate relevant to the job. They treat their employees like family and give you opportunities for growth if they have it.
