Been through interviews for two jobs at this company and been unimpressed by the professional nature of WRI staff and HR. Both times I made it to the final round to only be ghosted and have to chase down a rejection from the HR contact. When HR finally got back to me they claimed to have already sent a general rejection which never happened. I left both interview experiences feeling disrespected for my time and effort in their processes.

The interview process is mostly on my background, behavioral questions and my technical expertise. The panelist asked about my background and gave a case study for me to build my answer upon. As they are experts in their area, the question is quiet deep and technical.

Screener call with HR followed by a 1 hour call with hiring manager followed by one hour Zoom panel with Director and two senior managers.
It was rather straight forward. The team was engaged in the conversation, making it feel very comfortable and easy. Clear commitment to the work!
