The process was simple and efficient. It included a writing test, followed by two interviews with senior management. The interviews were conversational, focussing on the role of the job, the team in which the job formed part and the requirements of the role.

Submitted application online. Received reply within one week to schedule for an interview within one week. Had interview with written test, which covered broadly about current affairs, but mainly to test your writing skills and critical thinking.
Submitted application, was contacted for an initial phone screening a few months later. I was invited to a formal interview after this, which was followed by a timed writing assessment where they sent me a few news articles to sum up and analyze.
