I recently interviewed for the IT Security position at Ant International, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing.
During the interview, the hiring manager displayed unprofessional behaviour, including making remarks that I found both rude and discriminatory. From the start, I felt that my qualifications and experience were unfairly dismissed, and the tone used throughout the conversation was condescending.
What concerned me the most was a specific comment that appeared to be biased and inappropriate, making me question the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. This kind of behavior not only made me feel uncomfortable but also raised doubts about the organization’s professional standards.
I strongly believe that every candidate deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. It was truly disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a company of this size and reputation.
I hope that Ant International takes these matters seriously and ensures that their interview process is conducted with the utmost respect and impartiality in the future.
