Very quick. Recruiter called did a quick screen. Set me up to meet with the director of sales. Have me a script to remember for role play at second interview. At the interview we did a lot of roll play and I was asked the general interview questions. I was asked to come back I made a few calls left a few messages and I was made an offer.

Multiple interviews on phone and in person. Lots of questions about how you handle stress - red flag! Questions about importance of work life balance - red flag! Not enough screening on actual sales ability. Some people hired are ill-prepared for level of sales required.

Series of 8 questions about how I would handle different situations. Followed by answering my questions. They describe all of the job expectations and ask me if I am willing and able to do what is required. Before they made an offer, they asked me to spend a few hours experiencing what the job would be like.
