This was a bit weird and I wanted to mention it. They send you an interview request with the recruiters name, but a different person appeared on the interview who never told me their real name. That person is also using a Zoom account with a former employee's name. They also acted strangely avoiding any questions about how long they had worked at the company. I found it very odd and not transparent.
