Interview process was straight forward, first round questionnaire with follow up Skype interview. They had an online form with relevant school and education related questions. Talked most of it with a member from home office and some with the field director in that region.

Skype interviews with U.S. and in country staff to determine skills and ability to work cross culturally. I was offered an interview the day I applied and interviewed the following day, so they were on it in terms of a quick turn around.
