Started with a phone call, then online test.
At first in person, repeated the online test, then interviewed with a manager from another department.
I asked about the low glassdoor score and they explained they had gone though a lot of changes in the recent years. (Years later the scores are still low)
2nd round of in person was scheduled for 1.5 hours, 30 minutes each with 3 different people. One was the ceo.
2nd round wasnt focused on skills or history much, but rather if they would enjoy working with me.
