With 3 years of prior BPO experience and an excellent track record, I went to Keane to join as a Sr.Training Behavioral Training. They contacted me over the phone asking me to come over, after clearing the telephonic round.
This was followed by a 1:1 interview with a senior manager training. She was pleasant to talk to but seemed not to keen on listening. There were mostly close ended questions. Apparently I cleared that.
That was followed by a group presentation. It is an important to note that I was not briefed for the presentation and neither did they accommodate my working hours.
I was not given an opportunity to present properly (Only 3 minutes ) followed by harsh feedback. I interviewed my then interviewer last year for a Job and discussed the issue with him.
That is where my story there ended.
