Interview
I had three interviews, two phone screens and one in person interview. The phone screens went great and I went in depth about my experience with the two people I interviewed with. I then had an in person interview that was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had interviewing. I met with 4 different people over a 3 hour period, and I debated getting up and leaving mid interview. The people I met with were extremely rude and unprofessional. One guy only interviewed me for 5 minutes and then got up and left and I just sat in the interview room for 30 minutes until the next person came in and walked in and said "sorry I was playing ping pong". They had told me before I came in to prepare to present the product, which I had spent hours doing ahead of time.. but nobody ever asked for my presentation. There was a lot of role plays and a lot of miscommunication between the people interviewing me, and the people who I had the phone screen with. Overall, really unprofessional.

Was invited for an interview, however the recruiter wasn’t interested in an interview whatsoever. Finished in 5 minutes although it was stated it should take about 30-45 mins. They didn’t even turn their camera on.

Tell me about yourself and what is customer success to you
All I got to do was schedule a recruiter call, but the recruiter never showed up and did not answer my email when I followed up. The recruiter last minute rescheduled the timeframe, I confirmed the new time frame and then was a no show. It would be one thing if they apologized and answered my email, but nothing at all. This company seems to be doing bad fiscally, so I think I think it was net positive for me.
