I submitted my resume for the Mid-Market Account executive role recently. I was contacted for an initial phone interview with the HR recruiter via Calendly link. Upon confirmation, the call was set. When the time for our call arrived, the recruiter never called. I emailed her to see if there was a schedule conflict or if her prior meeting ran over. There was and has been no response then or since. This is the first time in my career I have experienced this (other companies have had had the courtesy to reschedule if a conflict occurred). Needless to say, it is a poor reflection of the company and inexcusable on the part of the recruiter (or leadership) and I hope steps are taken to ensure this never happens again.

Interview
I was hand selected by a sales leader at Wrike who asked me to write a detailed resume. Then I was interviewed extensively by 7 very successful executives and team members that are going to be on my team. After a series of lengthy interviews they hired me. It was a very easy and fun process. I felt that they are genuinely looking to build the right team.
