Zoom interview followed by an in-person interview. Two people on the call and one asking the questions. It was about a 20 minute interview and mostly explaining what the role is/tip structure.
Good, come prepped with some beer knowledge and your favorite beer. They want people who are motivated to learn their German and Belgian beers so doing a little research before hand would be good
