Intense. I did not enjoy this at all. I usually do well at interviews, but not this one. I did not get a call back. This after 18+ years in the hotel business.

Easy, short and straight to the point. It took 15-20 min and the Person doing the interview was well educated, nice, and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone with similar experience

Interview
I was first contacted and did an initial interview with the area recruiter, which was really more of him trying to sell me on being an employee there. After that, I met with the head of the concierge desk who interviewed me as well. He was very cocky and acted like he was too good for the position. He also told me that having a college education is worthless and that college educations aren't valued at Wyndham by higher management.
