2 rounds interview, you will hear about the company and pay structure. second round is about you. fairly easy process. just be fresh, motivated and professional and show enthusiasm. you will get great training and after that it is all on you, training is paid.

Interview
I applied online through Craigslist and the Wyndham recruiter called me back within a couple days and asked me a few questions over the phone like why I want to work for Wyndham. He also set up an in person interview for a week later. The interview took about an hour and was very comfortable. I then had to take a few "tests" online such as a personality test as well as a timed math/ACT type test. I then was asked to interview with the Wyndham sales manager a few days later.
