Long drawn out process consisting of 3 interviews over the course of many weeks, unfortunately as many of these corporations and larger businesses do. Each interview was rather thorough regarding experience and qualifications, company expectations, etc.. was eventually hired at the Grand Desert resort in Las Vegas, and felt like I had to plea my case as if in court as to why I should be hired, to where at the end of the last interview I told the marketing manager I would do anything to get hired, to which she told me with a smile, “anything huh?! About to get on your knees?!” And we both laughed.. after spending 5 months to little avail, I wish I would have taken her up on that considering her and the marketing director were fired due to unethical work practices, including sleeping with some of the staff to where they received special privileges and promotions. Oh well.

They texted me to set up my interview after they received my application. There was a 30 minute recruiter in house meeting followed by a separate 20 minute in house interview with the manager.
