Wyng Senior Software Developer/Manager interview questions

Phone call with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, online coding test, phone call with CTO. Each round was followed by a week of silence. Finally after speaking with the CTO I never heard anything. No further contact from anyone with any status after multiple attempts to contact. You would think that after a few rounds would at least warrant a yes / no response.
