When I got there it was well over 50 people waiting to check in.We had to introduce ourselves one by one and tell a little bit about ourselves.I thought I did pretty well but me and about 20 people were told that they will be in contact with us which basically means we are not hired .i think this group interview was very weird they are basically judging off what u look like and what race you are cause I am very pretty well spoken black woman yet I didn't get picked.Its all politics ..

Interview
Arrived 30 mins early, 10 people were already there. Show security your ID and wait in entrance seating area. 30 mins later we were all asked to enter a conference room, as our names were called we just had to briefly describe our work history, did`nt matter if we had no G.R.A experience, they hire with or without experience. Then we were asked to go back to main entrance while the hiring manager went over her list. 10 mins later she called about 15 people back into the room, the rest were sent home. We each had a one on one interview and I was given paperwork to get my drug test.

Interview
Group interview with 20+ other applicants. Taken into a seating area and asked to introduce ourselves, with a snapshot of our work history. Afterwards I was pulled into a room with 10 other applicants. We were told we were moving on to round two of the process: one-on-one interviews.
One-on-one was 15 mins long. Was asked 'why do you want to work for the Wynn?', 'tell me more about your work experience' and 'if you were hiring a room attendant, what qualities would you look for'. Directed to drug testing afterwards. Note: a freelance writer with no housekeeping experience made it.
The key: be yourself. Don't rehearse anything or go in nervous. Relax!
