First stage was virtual focused on career history. The second and final stage was face to face, focused on career history to bring new panel member up to speed as well as capability questions. However, never heard back on the outcome of the final interview (it was over a month ago!) despite chasing and was told the recruitment timeline has been extended and never heard from them again. This is really poor practice, candidates have spent time preparing and attending and money travelling to face to face interviews and disrespects the effort they have put in. Searching for a job is a gruelling process and being ghosted by an employer only adds to that.
